August Launches Products for Fixed Fee Legal Services
August launches Products, a feature that helps law firms package legal services as fixed fee offerings, according to Artificial Lawyer. The platform automatically builds an application and connects it to the firm's agents, which work from its precedents, templates and playbooks.
Law firms decide which services to offer and where a lawyer must review or approve the work. When a lawyer corrects an agent's output, August can save the correction as a reusable skill for future matters.
Australian law firm Hicksons uses the feature with precedents created by its lawyers for individual clients. The firm controls when a lawyer signs off before work reaches a client.
