ASUS IoT Unveils RUC-1000 Series at Computex 2025
ASUS IoT has unveiled the RUC-1000 series, the world's first 19-inch 2U rugged edge AI GPU computer, at Computex 2025, announced in a press release. This series supports 600W GPUs with PCIe 5.0, delivering up to 4000 AI TOPS for real-time AI training and inference.
The RUC-1000 series includes the RUC-1000G and RUC-1000D models, both featuring the latest Intel Core Ultra 200S series processors and dual DDR5 6400 MHz SO-DIMM slots supporting up to 64GB of memory. The RUC-1000G model is optimized for machine vision, autonomous vehicles, and intelligent video analytics, offering industry-leading GPU performance and a modular 2U 19-inch rack-mount design.
Designed for extreme conditions, the RUC-1000G operates reliably between -25°C to 60°C, thanks to an advanced heat-dissipation system. It is compatible with NVIDIA RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell Server Edition series GPUs and supports various rack configurations for seamless integration into existing industrial deployments.
The RUC-1000D model is a half-rack, fanless edge computer with extensive I/O options and RAID configurations, making it suitable for factory automation and smart city deployments. Both models comply with IEC 62443-4-1 cybersecurity standards and feature iBMC remote management for secure and resilient edge deployment.
