Asolvi has launched Protecnus Max, a cloud-native, agentic AI-powered field service management platform for the fire and security sector, announced in a press release. The platform combines Asolvi’s regional fire and security products into a unified system available across Europe and Latin America.

Protecnus Max features the new AI layer MarIA, enabling users to access operational data through natural language queries. The system delivers up to 18 times faster performance than previous software versions and includes a redesigned interface for improved usability.

In May, Asolvi plans to roll out an MCP server, making Protecnus Max the first field service management platform in its sector to use an agent-based AI architecture. This design allows the AI to perform actions directly within the system and supports integration with models such as Google Gemini and OpenAI.

Future updates will introduce additional AI-driven features, including automatic service report generation, compliance certificate creation, and AI-assisted drafting based on inspection data.
