Armor Founder Calls for Governed Enterprise AI at GovWare
Armor founder and CEO Chris Drake called for governed enterprise AI rather than bans during GovWare 2026 in Singapore, the company said in a press release. Drake said security leaders should define what data AI tools can access, where they can send it and which actions they can perform.
He recommended written authority for chief information security officers to approve, restrict or pause AI use. Organizations should also assign an executive to each risk exception, set expiration dates and maintain an escalation path to the risk committee.
Drake said companies need data classification, routing policies and records covering data access, policy decisions, models, actions and outcomes. He also called for AI agents and their credentials to run in isolated environments with limited access rather than on employee laptops.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?
Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
