Armadin and Palo Alto Networks Partner on Autonomous Attack Validation for AI Defense
Armadin and Palo Alto Networks have announced a strategic partnership to integrate autonomous external attack validation into Unit 42 Frontier AI Defense, according to a press release. The collaboration combines Armadin’s AI-powered offensive assessment capabilities with Palo Alto Networks’ AI defense platform.
The integrated system enables organizations to assess their exposure to AI-driven threats by simulating real-world attack scenarios. Armadin’s platform performs passive discovery of internet-facing assets and cloud resources, followed by coordinated AI agent activity that conducts reconnaissance and exploitation in parallel. Successful access attempts are logged as validated evidence of exploitable risk.
The results provide Unit 42 with actionable data for remediation and faster protection across enterprise systems. The new External AI Hyperattack Assessment is now available through Unit 42 Frontier AI Defense, allowing organizations to test their external perimeters against AI-enabled attacks.
