Appian survey finds 60% of Australian workers caught AI errors
Appian says 60% of Australian workers surveyed had personally identified an AI error at work, according to a company press release. Only 14% fully trusted AI generated output used within their organization, while more than one in five said employees were discouraged from challenging AI recommendations or decisions.
Among respondents, 20% said the most significant AI error they encountered caused a customer service issue, while 13% reported operational disruption. Almost half said the error caused more than a minor inconvenience, including financial, compliance or reputational consequences.
The survey found that 94% opposed allowing AI to make decisions affecting employees or customers without limits or human oversight. Appian commissioned Zoho Research to survey 500 Australian workers during the third quarter of 2026.

Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
