Anshar Labs Acquires Dealer World, Appoints Dan Moore as Drivvr AI CEO
In a press release, Anshar Labs announced its acquisition of Dealer World, an automotive marketing and dealer solutions company. Dealer World will now operate under Drivvr AI, the automotive technology business in Anshar Labs' portfolio. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Dan Moore has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Drivvr AI. Moore joined Dealer World three years ago and has prior experience in building automotive software companies. He will oversee strategy, product development, and sales operations. Dealer World will continue as the marketing product within Drivvr AI, maintaining existing contracts and service models.
Dealer World founder Troy Spring will depart following the acquisition. Under the new structure, Drivvr AI will focus on building AI driven tools for marketing, customer engagement, and dealership operations, designed to integrate with Dealer World’s existing client services.
Anshar Labs stated that the acquisition aligns with its broader approach of applying engineering capability to operational industries where there is established customer demand. Drivvr AI and Dealer World are scheduled to participate in Ai4 2026, which takes place in Las Vegas from August 4 to 6.
