Amigo and Eucalyptus Partner to Enhance AI-Powered Telehealth Services
Amigo has announced a strategic partnership with Eucalyptus to integrate AI health assistants into Eucalyptus's telehealth platform, serving over 200,000 patients across four countries. Announced in a press release, this collaboration aims to address healthcare staff shortages by providing continuous, intelligent support to patients.
The partnership will initially focus on deploying an AI health assistant at Eucalyptus's Juniper weight management clinic. This AI assistant has already achieved a less than 2% human escalation rate while maintaining 100% performance on clinical safety metrics. The success of this deployment sets a new standard for AI-driven healthcare delivery.
Following this initial success, Amigo and Eucalyptus plan to expand the AI-powered healthcare support across Eucalyptus's broader network of specialized virtual clinics. This expansion will cater to various therapeutic areas and patient populations, enhancing the accessibility and quality of healthcare services.
