American Public Life Insurance Company has selected Neutrinos to modernize its group benefits business using an AI-powered platform, announced in a press release. This partnership aims to transform APL's business processes by creating a modern foundation for new business, policy administration, and billing across various group insurance products.

The Neutrinos platform, built on a coreless architecture, will leverage APL's unified Data Hub to integrate and automate critical workflows. This approach is designed to enhance speed, scalability, and service in group benefits, covering products such as Accident, Cancer, Critical Illness, Disability, Gap, Hospital Indemnity, and Term Life.

APL's President of Operations, Susan Relland, highlighted the goal of providing a significantly improved customer service experience by overcoming the limitations of their previous manual processes. Neutrinos' Co-Founder, Ramya Babu, expressed enthusiasm for the partnership, emphasizing the platform's capability to enable full system integration and end-to-end automation.
