Amdocs and Google Cloud Expand Partnership for AI-Driven 5G Network Optimization
Amdocs and Google Cloud have announced an expanded partnership to transform 5G network operations using AI technologies, as stated in a press release. This collaboration aims to optimize how telecommunications companies manage and maintain their 5G networks.
The new initiative will see Amdocs launching its Network AIOps solution, which leverages Google Cloud's Vertex AI and BigQuery to automate complex network operations. This solution is designed to enhance service reliability and improve customer experiences by providing AI-driven insights, automating workflows, and enabling predictive maintenance.
Built on Google Cloud's AI infrastructure, Amdocs Network AIOps offers a scalable foundation for network optimization. It uses machine learning for predictive analytics and root-cause analysis, helping communications service providers (CSPs) proactively manage their networks and reduce incident resolution times. The solution also automates routine tasks such as network configuration and performance optimization, minimizing human error and freeing up resources.
The partnership between Amdocs and Google Cloud is set to accelerate the adoption of AI-powered automation in the telecommunications industry, ultimately helping CSPs deliver exceptional customer experiences.
