Alpine Intel Acquires HMI to Expand Insurance Solutions
Alpine Intel has announced the acquisition of HMI, a move that expands its data-driven solutions for insurance carriers. Announced in a press release, the acquisition will integrate HMI's specialized outdoor property claim services, such as emergency tree removal and landscape loss cost estimates, into Alpine Intel's existing offerings.
HMI, based in Cary, North Carolina, is known for its technology and standards-driven platform that provides accurate data on outdoor property losses. The company leverages a national network of professional tree crews, arborists, and other experts to support a wide range of claims involving damage to trees, shrubs, and other outdoor properties.
Damon Stafford, CEO of Alpine Intel, stated that the acquisition will enhance service and value for both insurance carriers and policyholders by combining HMI's capabilities with Alpine Intel's infrastructure. Doug Cowles, CEO of HMI, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, highlighting the new resources and opportunities it brings to further develop their offerings.
