AlphaSense Appoints Brian Moroney as Chief Compliance Officer
AlphaSense has appointed Brian Moroney as its new Chief Compliance Officer, announced in a press release. Moroney will report directly to CEO and Founder Jack Kokko, overseeing the company's compliance team and strategy. His role will focus on leveraging AI to enhance AlphaSense's compliance program, particularly in managing the company's Tegus expert call library, third-party research content distribution, and secure client data management.
Moroney brings extensive experience from his previous roles, including eight years at Goldman Sachs as an attorney advising on regulatory compliance and AI, and nine years as Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel at Coleman Research. His legal career began after graduating from Georgetown University Law Center, with positions at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, and Fried Frank.
AlphaSense, a leader in market intelligence and AI solutions, continues to expand its client base, which includes a significant portion of S&P 500 and Fortune 500 companies. The company recently reported $400 million in annual recurring revenue and serves over 6,000 enterprise customers globally.
