AIxC Holdings Shifts to Robotics as RoboShare Completes First Paid Order
AIxC Holdings announced in a press release that it will shift its focus to robotics operations and commercialization, move away from its Digital Asset Treasury strategy, and orderly exit its digital asset positions. The change puts RoboShare, its online marketplace for robot sharing and rental, at the center of the updated strategy.
RoboShare completed its first paid commercial order on August 15, 2026. The order marks the marketplace's transition from launch into commercial operations and initial revenue generation. Los Angeles is the first market in RoboShare's planned ten city rollout.
The first deployment is tied to an event in Malibu for DU$TY, also known as Dusty the Rapper. It includes six robots: one Master humanoid for a stage performance, four Aegis Pro quadrupeds for live performance and interactive display, and one Navi compact robot dog for guest activities and photos. Custom show production was also developed for the event.
AIxC plans to test repeat demand and operating economics in Los Angeles, add more robot types to RoboShare, and develop customer and ecosystem partnerships. Possible revenue sources include transactions, services tied to robot use, rentals, purchase conversion, resale, and rent to own models.
