Aitu Launches AI-Powered Apparel Manufacturing in Shanghai
Aitu has launched the world's first AI-powered apparel manufacturing brand in Shanghai, announced in a press release. The event, themed "AI Reinvents Sewing Machine," highlighted Aitu's technological breakthroughs in AI-enabled smart apparel manufacturing.
At the launch, Aitu introduced the A1 robot, the first female sewing robot capable of performing highly precise fabric sewing operations. This marks the beginning of the "autonomous sewing" era, showcasing AI's maturity in the apparel industry. The event also featured the AI10 device, which enhances machine adjustment efficiency and operator performance.
Aitu's innovations have been recognized globally, winning the "2025 IFA Artificial Intelligence Product Innovation Gold Award" at the International Consumer Electronics Show in Berlin. The company's collaboration with industry partners like Thailand's NICE and Decathlon's Wuhan factory has been pivotal in transitioning AI sewing technology from research and development to real-world applications. This launch signifies a significant step toward intelligent, high-end, and customized production in the apparel industry.
