AHEAD and Cursor have announced a partnership to help enterprises scale AI engineering practices across teams and workflows, according to a press release.

The collaboration combines Cursor's AI development platform with AHEAD's experience in enterprise advisory, platform engineering, and change management. The goal is to help organizations move from limited adoption of AI tools to enterprise-wide transformation of the software delivery lifecycle.

Through the partnership, AHEAD will assist clients in redesigning software delivery workflows for AI-based development, integrating Cursor across product and platform teams, and creating enablement programs to build AI fluency. The companies will also focus on establishing new operating models and metrics for AI-assisted engineering.

AHEAD Chief Technology Officer Eric Kaplan stated that the partnership aims to help clients move from initial adoption to full-scale transformation. Cursor President Brian McCarthy added that the collaboration will support enterprises in scaling AI-based development methods across teams and processes.
