Adecco has recorded more than one million AI-powered candidate interactions across ten countries, cutting time to deliver by 50 percent and improving fill rates above 80 percent.

The Adecco Group has recorded more than one million AI powered candidate interactions across ten countries, announced in a press release. The company reports that these interactions have reduced time to deliver by 50 percent and helped increase fill rates above 80 percent.

The milestone includes 1.2 million total candidate agent interactions, with 250,000 completed interviews across 50,000 job placements. Adecco has deployed AI agents across seven stages of the recruitment lifecycle, including pre screening, talent management, recruiter support, customer service, onboarding, and voice capability. Over half of all interactions occur outside standard working hours, giving candidates more flexibility.

One feature, the Redeployment Agent, reconnects with candidates after assignments end to capture feedback and identify future opportunities. This system automates repetitive tasks like pre screening and shortlisting, allowing recruiters to focus more on client and candidate relationships.

Following a successful pilot in Latin America, Adecco plans to scale its AI enabled recruitment model to more high volume markets. Additional agents and expansions are scheduled in the coming months as part of its broader transformation strategy focused on responsible use of AI in recruitment.
