Activate Capital Invests in XNRGY for Data Center Cooling Innovation

Activate Capital has invested in XNRGY Climate Systems to enhance data center cooling technologies, as announced in a press release. The investment will support XNRGY's growth and manufacturing expansion.

Activate Capital has made a strategic investment in XNRGY Climate Solutions, a North American leader in sustainable air handling and liquid cooling technologies, announced in a press release. This investment aims to support XNRGY's growth, expand its manufacturing capabilities, and accelerate the delivery of advanced cooling solutions for data centers and other critical infrastructure.

XNRGY recently opened a 275,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Mesa, Arizona, marking the first phase of a planned one million-square-foot innovation campus. This facility, operational since May 2025, enhances XNRGY's capacity to meet the increasing demand for efficient thermal management solutions, particularly in hyperscale, modular, and edge data centers.

XNRGY's cooling platforms are designed for high ambient temperature environments, offering energy efficiency, reliability, and modular scalability. The systems include comprehensive Liquid Side, Air Side, and full thermal management solutions with proprietary controls integration, built by a team of experienced HVAC engineers.

The Mesa facility is expected to employ over 1,000 skilled workers at full capacity, contributing to Arizona's clean technology and advanced manufacturing ecosystem. This investment underscores Activate Capital's commitment to supporting transformative companies that are reshaping global systems and infrastructure.
