Aaru's platform uses multi-agent AI systems to simulate human behavior with precision, leveraging both proprietary and public data sources. This approach offers a scalable alternative to traditional methods like surveys and focus groups, delivering behavior predictions in minutes.

As part of the collaboration, Accenture Song plans to integrate Aaru's flagship model, Lumen, into its AI products and services. This integration will span areas such as new product development, marketing, customer strategy, and customer service.
