Tanmiah Food Company has signed two Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with U.S.-based companies Griffith Foods and Poulta Inc. during the Saudi-U.S. Investment Forum in Riyadh, announced in a press release. These partnerships aim to accelerate agri-food innovation, AI integration, and halal product development in support of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030.

The MOU with Griffith Foods involves the development of a production and R&D facility in Saudi Arabia dedicated to 100% halal food ingredients, including sauces, seasonings, and spice blends. This initiative is expected to bolster local manufacturing and position Saudi Arabia as a regional hub for halal ingredient production.

Meanwhile, the agreement with Poulta Inc. focuses on the digital transformation of Tanmiah's poultry production chain.
