Ingenia.ai operates as an AI platform and venture studio that builds and scales businesses across fintech, martech, enterprise software, and other technology sectors. The firm provides capital, AI infrastructure, operational expertise, and strategic partnerships to support its portfolio companies.

Van Dyk brings over twenty years of leadership experience in technology, media, venture investing, and corporate strategy. His previous roles include senior positions at The Walt Disney Company and Activision, and he has served on the investment committees of venture funds managing more than $1.5 billion in assets. He has also advised companies on growth and transformation as a partner at Bain & Company and consultant at L.E.K. Consulting.

Founded in 2023, Ingenia.ai focuses on building AI enabled businesses by combining technology and operational insight to accelerate growth and create enterprise value.
